This program is targeted at individuals who are already active and/or are looking for an accelerated way to building muscle. This 16-week program focuses on providing you a healthy method for adding muscle mass simply by participating in our fun and entertaining fitness classes.

Ready to get started? Then make a note of today's date and start with Week 1 below. At the beginning of each week, view the short video that will help explain the goals for that week. Then, review the class selection list and begin taking your classes for that week. Have fun!
